Property is brand new, all furniture and equipment is new. It has its private entrance, an 18 sqm terrace with table, chairs and sun umbrella, only for our Guests to use. Very enjoyable in Spring-Summer; this is rare and unique for Como Centro.

Host speaks fluent English, German, Italian & Spanish, has travelled the world and understands travellers needs very well. Always available to help and suggest for any needs.

Via Sacco, 5 in COMO is a prestigious address, 200m from our PIAZZA DUOMO, accessibile by car, very safe area, in a brand newly restored building, parking is safe and in the Street or in the CARPARK behind our building. Extremely quiet at night.
