Affittasi monolocale sito al piano terra composto da: cucina , camera da letto matrimoniale, soggiorno open-space dotato di divano letto 2 posti e bagno con doccia. offriamo anche un ampio cortile con veranda in legno, barbecue e giardino In esso sono compresi i seguenti comfort : aria condizionata, Smart TV, wi-fii, lavatrice. Servizio biancheria solo su richiesta (a pagamento) La struttura è situata a 400m dal mare e 40km da porto ed aeroporto di Olbia
