Our masseria, a 1600s cottage passed from father to son for generations, is located among olive trees, prickly pears and laurel trees, tall as trees are. Today this old peasant house has become a refuge open to those who love our land and its traditions. As in the past, sheets smell of clean, the real flavors come out of the kitchen and everything is pervaded by the sense of welcome and generosity of mum Enza. She believed the rooms had to be always ready and the table set, in case a relative, a friend, or a neighbor came to visit her. This is what it once was and still is.

Slow time, in the land of Puglia. It is said this is one of the most beautiful and magical places in Puglia. We are in Polignano a Mare countryside, made up of dry-stone walls, cultivated fields and olive trees as far as the eye can see, where the clock seems to have stopped and everything is done with no rush. We took the watch off a long time ago

The word Puglia soon opens suggestive images in your mind: marvelous bays, wild nature, millenary oaks, majestic prickly pears and olive trees as far as the eye can see. It is no coincidence that someone considers this region to be the most beautiful in the world. There are so many enchanting places that it might be hard to decide where to start.
