Neighbourhood information

Luxury apartment situated in a typical venetian building entirely restored with style and elegance. It is situated in the heart of the Santa Croce district, in a very strategic location, because a few steps from Santa Lucia train station (5 minutes), from bus station Piazzale Roma (5 minutes), from the seaport (15 minutes), from Rialto Bridge (7 minutes). Moreover 30 meters from the door there is the Grand Canal and the vaporetto stop. A few steps from the house there is Campo San Giacomo dell’Orio, the centre of the district, where you can find a lot of supermarkets, bars, typical venetian restaurants and shops.
