A typical tuscan land house on a property measuring 4 hectars for the most part terraced olive growes counting 800 trees. You can take pleasant walks through the fields and admire the hilly landscapes and the perfectly beautiful medieval village of Montevettolini, just 500 meters from the house's garden. This tuscan holidayshouse is positioned 150-200 meters above sea level, enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is well sheltered. To the west it faces Monsummano Terme. The villa rental is ALWAYS EXCLUSIVE; for up to 10-11 guests, we offer 4 double bedrooms and 1 triple room, excluding two portions of the villa on the first floor (the 50 sq m studio apartment on the northeast side, accessed via an internal staircase and an external staircase with a balcony; the 75 sq m apartment on the northwest side, accessed via an external staircase and an external staircase with a balcony). For up to 12-13 guests, we include the 50 sq m studio apartment in the rental; for up to 14-15 guests, and only in exceptional circumstances, we include the 75 sq m apartment in the rental, thus offering our guests the entire approximately 400 sq m property. Please note that the ground floor kitchen has been completely renovated for the 2026 season with high-quality furniture and is equipped with two refrigerators.

Easels are put at the disposition of any interested guests. Here in Tuscany art and tourism go hand in hand, every view, every corner, every small rural or historical hamlet is art in itself. Living as he now does, in close connection with nature and the local land farmers has brought him to reconsider mankind. It is for this motive that recently he has written and published a small book in which he invites the readers to reflect the sense of life in the prospect of a concret belonging of humans to their earthly habitat.
