Neighbourhood information

We are about 200 mts far from the historical centre of the town. In the surroundings you can visit the beautiful main church of Maiori, St. Maria a Mare or the ancient Castle of St. Nicola de Thoro Plano. Our aparthotel is well served by restaurants, bars, stores, gyms, soccer and tennis camps; there is also a supermarket, 50 mts away. We are close to the bus stop. Note that Maiori is in a very strategic position for your sightseeings: Amalfi is just 5 kms far, Ravello 8 kms far. During summertime ferries for Amalfi, Positano and Capri are available. Maiori offers many events during the year, like the Carnival or the patron saint festivals (held on August 15th and the third sunday of November). During summer concerts, show and other events live up the city, which is usually quite an ordinary and quiet place for the rest of the year. Plus: Maiori's beach is the longest one of the Amalfi Coast and it's the perfect place to relax under the hot summer sun. You can lay on the beach, you can swim or you can hire small boats to discover the magic of the Coast seen by the ocean. Kids are going to have fun times too: there are playgrounds where they can enjoy themselves in a safe and risk free way. Teenagers and young people are going to love the place as well: they can join the various recreational activities the city has to offer: from bars to pubs, from gyms to sport centers, Maiori has the comforts of a small city conjugated with the charm and the landscape of a mediterranean town.
