Pleasant apartment at the first floor of Vecchia Filanda residence, ancient silk factory right on the lake. 65 square meters, cotto floor, one or two bedrooms, large lake facing living room with open kitchen, bathroom with bath/shower. Satellite and cable TV, free wireless internet access, washing machine, dishwasher, independent gas heating. Toddler bed/ high chair available on request (please ask when booking). Access to the lake facing garden with deckchairs, sun umbrella and a table with chairs. Private parking with Type 2 AC electric charging upon request. Direct access to the beach and to the lake-side pedestrian. Wonderful view on the Swiss border mountains. Free Wifi, satelite and cable TV
I love sailing, skiing, hiking and travelling with my family
Perfect conditions for kayak, sailing and windsurfing, lake-side pedestrian for hiking and biking. Medieval church, food shop, chemistry, bank and ferry within walking distance (max 300 meters). Very limited traffic thanks to a tunnel bypassing the village. Small harbor with boat rental and sailing school about 1 km away along the lake-side pedestrian. Best villas and medieval churches of the Lake of Como within 15-20 minutes by car.
