Nestling in the hills above Minucciano, this charming house is set in 7 acres of private garden with a magnificent view of the Alpi Apuane. Ideally situated between the ‘Alpi Apuane’ Regional Park and the ‘Naturale delle Orrechielle’ reserve, this haven of peace will delight hikers. It has an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a living room with sofa bed, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, a balcony, a large terrace with a pergola to keep cool in summer, a pizza oven, a barbecue, a large private garden and a private swimming pool (intex). Splendid solid wood ceilings.
The house is just : - 5 minutes from a supermarket, pharmacy, bank, ... - 5 minutes by car from Lake Gramolazzo - 20 minutes from Parco Aventuro Selva del Buffardello (accrobranche) - 25 minutes from Fortezza Verrucole - 35 minutes from Castelnuovo - 1h15 from the sea, in particular the Cinque Terre - 1h20 from Lucca - 1h45 from Pisa
