"Three-room apartment a few steps from the city center of Oristano, comfortable and bright, located in Via Degli Artigiani, on the third and top floor with lift. The house consists of: -open space with living room and TV -kitchen equipped with appliances and dishes. The environment is completed by a comfortable study area with shelves and a desk. Balcony overlooking the city, accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with 1 double bed and one with 1 queen-size bed. There are two bathrooms: one complete with services and the other consisting of a sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine. Parking space included. Perfect for admiring the beautiful sunsets that the city offers! Children of all ages are welcome for a fee. Comfortable and bright three-room apartment a few steps from the city center of Oristano, located in Via Degli Artigiani, on the third and top floor with lift.
