An Electrical Engineer retiring with my lovely family in our own 3 story building. During my career which spans almost 35 years i have lived and worked in USA, Kuwait and beautiful Jordan.

Property information

Spacious 2 Bedroom Roof top with a Fabulous view. It is a part of My family homestay. Married couples and families are most welcome and will enjoy a very quiet, and safe Stay. it has a huge Terrace with a Stunning sunrise and sunset views. The Apt. is situated on the top floor with private entry using a very easy and short stairways access (the building has no elevator). An extra-large master bedroom with a beautiful walk-in bathroom featuring a quean size bed, U.S mattresses. The Second bedroom Has two beds, and extra mattress for the fifth person. AC on both bedrooms.

Neighbourhood information

Superb apartment on the heights of Amman so cool in the summer compared to the city center, you don't have to use air conditioning. The huge terrace is really a plus and the apartment has 2 very spacious bedrooms and a large living room. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and centrally located. University of Jordan is just 5 minutes away, Queen Rania, and Airport Highways are about 4 minutes from the location, these two highways are the most major Highways in Amman, they lead to Amman City center and to queen Alia Airport. 5 minutes from the university of Jordan, and city mall
