Welcome to Yusai Bekkan. Our establishment is designed for guests to enjoy their stay comfortably and independently. Generally, staff assistance will be available only in emergencies, and we kindly ask that you handle other matters on your own. The front desk staff is available from 1 PM to 8 PM. For emergencies, please contact us via the internal phone. Please note that we do not provide baggage services, so we ask that you manage and carry your own luggage. Additionally, our facility has stairs, and unfortunately, we do not have an elevator. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause regarding luggage transport and stair usage, and we appreciate your understanding. During checkout, please return your room key to the collection box to assist with express checkout. We sincerely hope you have a comfortable stay and look forward to welcoming you!
