“対応してくれたおばあちゃんは上品でとても優しい方でした。子どもたちにも優しく話しかけてくれて、お菓子も用意してくれました。 設備の使い方も丁寧に説明してくれ、説明書等もあったので困ることはありませんでした。 施設内は清潔に保たれていて、快適でした。 朝は予定より早く出ることになり、お電話でのお別れでしたが気持ちの良い対応により最初から最後まで快適に過ごすことができました。 また帰省するときには利用します。”
