Our company is a real estate agency located in Sano City, Tochigi Prefecture. Established in 1971, we primarily engage in land transactions and the management of vacant properties. Given the presence of numerous vacant homes in Sano City, we have initiated a guesthouse business as part of our efforts to repurpose these properties.

Property info

We have renovated an empty house in Sano City into a guesthouse. It features a spacious living area and three bedrooms, accommodating up to six guests. In a separate building, there is a facility with a golf simulator that can be experienced by up to six people. Situated in a residential neighborhood, our guesthouse is nestled among other homes, providing a cozy and local atmosphere. We welcome up to six guests to enjoy their stay in our renovated space.
