Our facility is located just north of JR Nara Station, a 10 minute walk. It is close to the station and is equipped with TV, refrigerator, air conditioner and other necessities for daily life. We also have a coin-operated laundry and Wi-Fi. The rooms can be used in a variety of situations, from one night stays to long term stays, from leisure to business. There is also a resting area with a lawn on the roof. Tables and chairs are provided so you can enjoy a light meal or read a book on the roof on a sunny day. You can also watch Mt. Wakakusa burning from here. Free parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. You can use No. 2 and No. 6 of Ittoku Motor Pool (62-13 Horen-cho, Nara-shi, Nara 630-8113, Japan).

The Saho River, which runs behind the facility, is a hidden cherry blossom viewing spot in Nara. The promenade is well maintained, so it is recommended not only for the cherry blossom season, but also for fresh green and autumn leaves, and for early morning walks in the cool winter air with few pedestrians.
