“毎回利用しております。大人数で利用するのに最高の場所です。バスルームとシャワールームがあるので、お風呂の順番を待つことも無い、キッチンとリビングが広い、駅から５分以内で着く、車ならすぐ横に時間帯貸しの駐車場が複数あり、長時間停めるのにはアプリコなどの一泊1800円〜の駐車場もあります。寝室も広いしトイレも３つあります。洗濯機と洗濯スペース、ハンガーや洗濯バサミもたくさんあり、周りはスーパーや飲食店、コンビニがたくさんあり、暮らせるレベルで充実しております。また利用したいです。”

“広々としていて、大人数でも3つの階に分かれていて良かったと思います。扉の付いた１階からのコンクリートの階段を登って3階の玄関扉に行くのですが、その玄関からは3~5階の一軒家で良かった。 0歳の赤ちゃんを連れての滞在でしたが、リビングダイニングにはラックも用意してくださってあり、簡易的な子供の遊び道具もあり、またオーナーさんの 装飾品のおもてなしも素敵でした。 家に居るようにくつろげました。”

YU'S HOUSE can accommodate up to 9 people. Recommended for group friends, family or company training trips. There is a large kitchen and living room on the third floor, which can be used for meetings and parties. In addition, only the veranda on the third floor has a smoking area. The 4th and 5th floors each have a bedroom (Japanese-style room), and the 4th floor has a separate bathroom and shower room. On the 5th floor there is a separate laundry room with space for hanging laundry. Toilets are on each floor. The entire building is securely managed by SECOM security, so you can use it 24 hours a day. YU'S HOUSE measures 112 square meters. All rooms have air conditioning and floor heating. This facility is very enjoyable for domestic and overseas customers
I was very interested in the wonderful culture and traditions of Japan and came to Japan. It has been 15 years since I came to Japan. From now on, I want to convey the wonderfulness of Japan to everyone.
YU'S HOUSE is located in the center of downtown, with many restaurants, supermarkets and public baths. Since it is the facility closest to the station, it is possible to move anywhere in a short time. A bus stop for Disneyland is 50 meters from the property. In addition, you can arrive at the golf course around Chiba prefecture within 1 hour via the aqua line
