There are a total of three apartments in Alma Villa. Each apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 6 guests, a fully equipped ultra-modern kitchen with high-end appliances, a living room with a flat-screen TV, free WiFi and a balcony. All guests have access a stunning roof terrace with the most captivating views of Issyk-Kul and the surrounding mountains you could find. The roof provides breathtaking, panoramic views unique to each specific hour of the day, season, and weather. And you can also enjoy marvelous views of Issyk-Kul from the windows of every apartment. In addition, all guests have access to a dining area, a cozy lounge with a piano, an elegant indoor patio, and other charming common spaces designed to help you enjoy your stay and relax. Upscale billiard room and conference room are provided at request. At Alma Villa you will have the choice of socializing in any of the common spaces or spending time by yourself or with loved ones in the privacy of your own apartment. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are available with advance notice for an additional payment. Our chefs do their best to accommodate the most discerning palates and our previous guests have told us that our cooking is one of the best in the area. Moreover, there is an outdoor kitchen with barbeque. The location of Alma Villa provides easy access to a great variety of sight-seeing spots around Issyk-Kul and is a terrific stopover on the way to or from Kara-Kol.
