엘은 1975년대 한옥 고택을 1년 동안 공사기간을 거쳐 현대식으로 리모델링한 한옥스테이 입니다. 한옥의 멋스러움을 유지하면서 유럽식 편리함을 추구하고자 하였습니다. 2인용 퀸침대와 거실, 부엌및 실내 욕조와 야외 자쿠지가 마련되어 손님들께 편한함과 여유로움을 드리고자 노력하였습니다.
호스트는 집소유자이며, 집을 2022년에 한옥 고택을 구입하여 1년동안의 리모델링 공사를 하여 2023년 4월에 완공하였습니다. 호스트는 숙소를 깨끗하게 관리하고 꾸미는 것에 관심이 많으시고, 손님분들이 편안하게 이용할 수 있도록 최선을 다 할 것입니다.
경주 황리단길 메인에 위치에 있으며, 숙소 주변에 유명한 음식점 청온채, 온천집, 향화정, 카페 올리브가 있으며, 경주의 유명한 관광명소인 대릉원(천마총),봉황대, 첨성대가 도보위치에 있습니다 . 경주 버스터미널에서도 5분거리에 있습니다 .
