Must-know information for guests at this property

You can use the swimming pool once.

Please note that the swimming pool is open for the 1st session from 07:30 to 11:00, 2nd session from 11:30 to 13:00, 3rd session from 13:00 to 15:00, 4th session from 15:30 to 17:30, 5th session from 18:15 to 19:45, 6th session from 20:00 to 21:30.

When using the swimming pool before check-in, select the desired time and reserve using the QR code provided at the front desk.

When using the swimming pool after check-in, make a reservation by scanning the QR code on the information provided when checking in to the room.

Swimming caps are required when using the swimming pool.

The swimming pool is regularly closed on the third Tuesday of every month, July 15, 2025 and August 19, 2025.

The swimming pool is closed every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday for the 1st and 2nd parts from 07:30 to 13:00.

However, normal operation will occur from July 20, 2025, to August 17, 2025 - Operating as normal on public holidays and the day after public holidays.

Swimming pool closing days may change without prior notice for safety and quarantine reasons.

Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors are not provided as part of the environmental conservation and government policy to reduce disposable items, effective as of March 25, 2024.

The swimming pool is regularly closed on the third Tuesday of every month, Aug 19, Sep 16, Oct 14 2025.

When purchasing a breakfast package, only adult breakfast is included. Children's breakfast must be added and paid for on site.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
