A luxurious holiday experience in a very calm, quiet and a peaceful environment which assure your safety, comfort and privacy to the maximum. An architecturally top notched, newly built bungalow with 5 bed rooms and 5 bath rooms with a massive garden and spacious balconies. AC, hot water, parking, self-catering and laundering facilities are available. Fully furnished with high quality furniture. All electrical appliances are available such as a fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, four burner cooker, rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, iron and iron board, pop -up toaster, electric kettle etc. Tranquil neighborhood and the property is secured with 24 hour CCTV operation. Guests' privacy and security is guaranteed. Only 10 minutes to Galle road, 5 minutes to Katubedda University and very close to Mount Lavinia beach. Super markets, restaurants and other necessities are in very close proximity. Mount Lavinia beach is 15 minutes away. Taxi, tuk tuk and other transportation can be arranged with the host.
