Sunny, cozy one bedroom apartment with amazing views. Very quiet and pleasant area to live. A modern building, the apartment is rented with everything necessary for life. The balcony offers views of the Bay of Kotor, the Island of Flowers, and the Lustica Peninsula. Within walking distance are shops, a bus station, Tivat International Airport 1.5 kilometers, Porto Montenegro 2 kilometers. The nearest beach is 700 meters, Belane beach is 1.5 kilometers, and the Church of St. Sava is 2 kilometers.
Hello everyone, my name is Ivan, my wife Oksana and I will be glad to host you in our cozy apartments, in which you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can speak with guests in Russian, English and Serbian. If you need a transfer, we can arrange this for an additional amount in a premium Porsche Cayenne car, in addition, we can organize car excursions around Montenegro and assist in renting a yacht for a boat trip.
