Direct access to the Carribean Sea and the white Sand through the basement of the residence, from the balcony you can stare at magnificient sunsets, different each time ! You are like in a boat. Located in the very center of Grand Case, it's safe and quiet, and got a secured parking place. You have all amenties you need in my apartment : internationnal TV, Netflix, Wifi access, Ipod Station,HVAC and Fan, hair dryers, Linen and Beach towels, beach chairs and sun beds.
Living between St Martin and Paris. Maxime, the property Manager, will take care of you and assist you during all your trip.
My condo is located in the best place of the best spot of St Martin, in the heart of Grand Case, typical fishermen village, with its 50 restaurants/beach bars, animations, shops and art galleries. The apartment is the very center of Grand Case, in front of the Cottage and La Villa restaurants. Safe and quiet area, no beach bars closed to the residence, but you can access them in 5 min walk. Grand Case Parade " les Mardis de Grand Case" that you can attend from the Street balcony.
