Trilogy apartments are newly built and finished. It consists of 3 units. We live on the ground floor, one unit empty and another for short rental. The penthouse is open plan with lots of natural light, fully Airconditioned, 3 bedrooms with smart TV, large living with sofabed and dining area. Front large terrace with country views, Charcoal BBQ and ample space for recreation and lounging. 1 Master bedroom with ensuit bathroom, 1 bedroom x 2 single beds and other double bedroom. Family shower room. 52" TV in living room with free entertainment, sports, and kids channels. Free WIFI all around the place. Fully equipped kitchen include DW.
I love meeting new guests. I will personally greet them and show them around the penthouse. I prepare and clean for upcoming guests so they can feel safe and at home. I make sure they find everything perfect from fresh laundry, some water, and a small assortment of tea and coffee.
Supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, playground and church few steps away. Bus stop next to the property. Lunzjata Valley, Ghajn Abdul and Ghadira ta' San Rafflu are hidden gems around the village. Nice country views for a walk or a run.
