New Valletta penthouse situated in the heart of Valletta. This 65 square metre apartment is within 100 metres to the centre of Malta s Capital city. Includes TV, Wifi, washing machine, clothes drying rack, all kitchen utensils, including fridge, freezer and a microwave and dishwasher. There is tea and coffee,Ironboard and linen. Towels, shower gel , carpets, are included also and a lovely terrace with a table and chairs ideal for a glass of wine. The property has air conditioning throughout

It is situated in a quiet street allowing the guests to enjoy peaceful sleeps and ample light in all the rooms with massive Maltese typical windows to maximise the 300 days of sunlight. There are over 500 restaurants within 800 metres of the apartment from breakfast till dinner including several Michellin Star restaurants. There are also several supermarkets to buy anything you desire for your stay. It is the capital city of Malta which is full of cafes and shops. There are supermarkets, Uber is available and grocery delivery. The main public transport terminus is 5 minutes away. It is a very safe area to walk at night.
