My name is Neville Galea and together with my wife, Ruth Galea and our employees run GetawaysMalta Holiday Apartments with great passion. My father Joseph Galea started renting apartments back in 1981 and so it has become a family tradition. Our holiday homes are in the best touristic locations and have been designed, built and furnished for this purpose. All our apartments are fully licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority. Brand new sunny and spacious Penthouse, located in the charming village of Mellieha. The apartment has two very large terraces with panoramic views. On the larger terrace there is a private Hot Tub / Jacuzzi, garden furniture, bbq and sunbeds. This fully-air-conditioned top floor apartment has 3 bedrooms (the first one has a double bed, the second and the third bedrooms have twin beds), 2 separate bathrooms with shower and a spacious combined fully equipped Kitchen / Living / Dining area. In the living room there is a sofa bed and a space for an extra bed. Lovely and quite neighbourhood, near shops, restaurants, bus stops and Malta's sandy beaches. It is located close to Malta’s sandy beaches - Mellieha Bay, Paradise Bay, Golden Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha and Blue Lagoon. water and electricity consumption is included in the price with the following limits...the following limits are usually enough for the stay: 0.5 cubic meter of water per person per week 200 KWh of electricity per apartment per week Any usage over and above these limits are payable extra according to consumption. Charges for extra utilities are water at euro 5.60 per cubic metre and electricity at euro 0.38 per kwh. on arrival it is payable tourist tax of euro 0.50 per person per night NOTE - water & electricity consumption is not included in the price for MONTHLY stays (28 nights +over)
