In a quiet and secure residence, composed for your relaxation: barbecue, outdoor kitchen etc.. A magnificent and surprising sea view, villa F5, large rooms with bay windows and electric shutters overlooking a vast terrace or garden without vis-à-vis. A large living room with a large kitchen, a laundry room, 2 bathrooms with 2 clean toilets. Near the bus stop, close to the Medipôle (hospital) and close to the Shopping Center "Dumbea Mall", direct access to the highway, 10 minutes from Noumea's downtown by car, and 25 minutes from the airport. Regarding cash payments, these are accepted in the same way as those by card: CFP francs, euro, AUD dollar and US dollar.
Warm person, helpful, friendly, dynamic and showing an excellent sense of welcome
Quiet and secure residential area, overlooking the sea and access to the boat launch Close to the Shopping Center of Dumbea «Dumbea Mall» and the Shopping Center «Les Jardins d'Apogoti», gas station at the bottom of the neighborhood, and 10 minutes from Noumea's downtown by car.
