Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party' policy at all times. Only registered guests are permitted in the apartments after 21:00, and no visitors are allowed on the premises between 21:00 and 09:00. Any violation of these policies may result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged if necessary.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.
