Relaxed luxe living in New Plymouth’s best beach neighborhood. Kick back in the theatre room while others are hanging in the second living space upstairs – or in the third, alongside the kitchen/dining.
Open the sliders to eat at the long table outside. There's also a basketball hoop on Astro-turf, and a hot tub with outdoor shower.
THE SPACE:
Three living areas: one upstairs on the mezzanine, and two downstairs: an open-plan kitchen/dining/lounge area and a separate theatre room with 85" TV.
One primary bathroom, one en-suite and one powder room.
Three bedrooms: one King, two Queen, plus the mezzanine which can be set up as a fourth with up to four beds. On one of them you may find a resident cat called Buddy – a total smooch who charms everyone.

Perfectly positioned, the house is five mins walk to the popular Fitzroy Beach and Fitzroy Golf Course in one direction, and cute cafes and pubs in the other.
