Welcome to your dream escape in  Palm Beach, Waiheke Island. This beautifully appointed, spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers the ultimate blend of comfort, luxury, and natural beauty – perfect for families. Spread over two levels, the home features a brand-new designer kitchen and generous open-plan living that flows seamlessly to expansive outdoor entertaining areas. Relax in the spa pool, take a dip in the swimming pool, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Unwind in the separate lounge with a movie, or gather around the outdoor fireplace as the sun sets. Enjoy sweeping panoramic views to the north over the water, framed by a majestic mature tree that stretches above the home. Kids will love the treehouse, swing, and big grassy lawn – making this a truly family-friendly haven. Please note there is a fluffy black cat that lives at the property. All food supplies will be left for the cat and we ask that you top up her food and water bowl once a day.
