Property information

Property access information is always sent to you on the morning of your arrival, via the message centre. This impressive, spacious and modern holiday home is located in one of Taupos most desirable areas. Walking distance to the lake and only a 7 minute drive into Taupo town centre - it makes for the ideal holiday spot. The hot tub, BBQ, covered entertaining area and fully fenced yard create the perfect setting for family and friends to unwind after a day at the lake. Inside this beautifully-presented home you will find 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 separate living areas, a large modern kitchen, heat-pump, gas fireplace, air-conditioning, WIFI, SKY TV & internal double garage. Please note - the outdoor fireplace does not meet compliance and can not be used. Once you arrive, you won't ever want to leave. Bedding configuration is Bedroom 1: 1x King, Bedroom 2: 1x King, Bedroom 3: 1x Queen, Bedroom 4: 1x King Single + 1x Single Roll-away bed.
