130 years ago, the Thomas Gregg Coffee Factory was at the centre of Dunedin's thriving inner city harbourside.130 years on, the restoration of this derelict factory to 100% of new building standard is the very first step in the city's harbourside revival. Four bespoke and perfectly formed waterfront two bedroom apartments that range in size from 72m2 to 130m2 await those visitors to Dunedin who value the vision, attention to detail and care taken with this important piece of Dunedin's history. The Railway Station and Dunedin's CBD are just 400 metres away, and ample free parking is available.
Sustainability is taken to new levels, with every piece of visible timber in the building upcycled Rimu and Kauri. Acoustic double glazing and a high specification continuous "warm-roof" are of course part of the build.
Carefully selected artwork from Dunedin artists embellish the apartments and circulation spaces- in particular the artwork experience in the liftwell will surprise and delight.
