My 1 bedroom with balcony condo unit is one of the many prestigious condominium by, one of the leading developers here in the Philippines. It boasts hotel like accommodation with amenities such as a grand lobby, student lounge, outdoor swimming pool, game room and wellness center (gym). With our warm greetings and cozy place, you will feel just at home. Our units’ ELECTRICITY are ran by electronic KURYENTE LOAD ( LOADABLE ) by electric power provider. To continue giving the best accommodation rates and to urge our guests to conserve energy we have only allotted Php 200.00 worth of load per day. The amount is consumable and multipliable depending on the duration of your stay.
