This is a family-friendly apartment and neighborhood with own parking space, wifi, Netflix, private access, and a very spacious living space. 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. The place is perfect for big families or a group of friends visiting Dumaguete and nearby towns. The HIVE Apartments Dumaguete is situated in a quiet village with no commute problems. 6 mins to DGT Airport, 2-5 mins to major hospitals, surrounding cafes and restaurants, and just a 10-min ride to the sea port and famous Dumaguete Boulevard.
The host has two years experience in renting short stay spaces. She is approachable, well-travelled and an animal lover.
The neighborhood is walking distance to City Mall, a shopping center. It is also walking distance to ACE Doctors Hospital.
