Property information

We invite you to a newly built apartment building on the Vistula River! A luxurious, 6-person apartment furnished by an architect is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building at ul. Solec 18. The building located in Warsaw's Powiśle has been designed with the comfort of guests traveling to Warsaw for business and tourist purposes in mind. A parking space is available in the garage, and there are commercial and service premises in the building, incl. Żabka shop and El Botellón Cantina Espanola y Coctel Bar. Well-developed infrastructure in the immediate vicinity. The apartment consists of 3 rooms: two separate bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette. Comfortable bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet. Each room has air conditioning. The bedrooms are designed for 2 people each, while in the living room there is a corner 2-seater sofa with a sleeping function. A fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare a meal yourself, and in a separate dining area there is a table with 6 chairs.
