“Die Lage ist sehr günstig. Halbe Stunde zu Fuß zum Stadtzentrum, Bushaltestelle am Ende der Straße und ein Laden davor. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber gepflegt. Es ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man als Selbstversorger braucht.”
