U blizini apartmana Spa Panorama se nalazi: prodavnice Lidl, Idea, Maxi i Univerexport, benzinska stanica Gazprom Neft, bolnica VMA, sportski centar Banjica, stadion Crvene zvezde, stadion Partizana, Saobracajni fakultet, FON, Farmaceutski fakultet, Singidunum univerzitet, pijaca i pošta, Lilly, DM, Dinara spa centar. Ispred objekta se nalazi taxi stanica, autobusi koji prolaze 33,50,49 i mnogi drugi u blizini kao sto su 47,48,42,59,94 tramvaji 7,9... Ukoliko gosti žele možemo doći po njih na aerodrom, možemo ih voziti u obilazak grada i vratiti ih na aerodrom.
