Stan se nalazi na odlicnoj lokaciji u samom centru Titela u prepoznatljivoj zgradi koja je oslikana muralom Mileve Maric Ajnstajn, sa pogledom na Titelski breg, 2 minuta pesacenja od reke Tise. Stan je komforan i udoban, kompletno opremljen, odise mirom i pozitivnom energijom. U dvoristu stana nalazi se ostava za biciklove, pecaljke itd. u skladu sa potrebama naseg gosta.
