Egen insynsskyddad tomt på 700 kvm. Stort rymligt hus 100 kvm fördelat på 6 rum, tre sovrum, två arbetsrum och ett vardagsrum ,fullt utrustat kök (diskmaskin) två toaletter. Två uppsättningar med trädgårdsmöbler - ett i söder och ett i väster och egen Weber grill. Platt TV 40 tum med 83 kanaler + HBO. Gratis Wi-Fi. Huset gränsar till en liten skog där det finns ett rikt fågelliv.
