“阿娜娜民宿的房間真的非常非常的乾淨, 連牆角都是一塵不染. 家俱維謢的很好, 跟新的一樣, 我們還一度想說開了10年的民宿該不會才剛整修吧. 經與民宿主人確認是10年前就有的家俱. 民宿雖然沒有提供車位, 但為於重劃區的民宿週邊很好停車. 民宿的早餐提供埔里當地的排隊美食-鹹油條, 外加水果, 綠豆湯及可續杯的飲料, 讓你不用早起排隊就能在民宿享受排隊美食, 超幸福的.”

“房間很大很乾淨，衛浴還有浴缸；不過建議民宿主人浴室可以做防滑塗層，真的非常滑，大人都差點滑倒；另水龍頭出水夠，但是花灑出水量很小導致熱水供水也不穩定，忽冷忽熱幫小朋友洗澡起來也很不方便，建議可以更換花灑管跟頭應可改善。”

“1.算是在市中心旁的住宅區，交通機能方便。 2.房間大，且床睡得舒服 3.早餐提供是埔里特產油條，還有水果等等，豐盛且美味 4.老闆娘與老闆人好，雖然沒有電梯，但是老闆會幫忙抬行李，非常感謝，另外，入住當天身體不適，老闆娘先幫我查找是否有在過年期間開業的診所，非常感動，老闆與老闆娘很親切。”

“乾淨明亮有大陽台，環境安靜，屋主也很親切熱情，有暖氣，床好睡，熱水也夠熱，電視有網路可看，大廳有好多書可以選擇閱讀，早餐是在地有名的鹹油條還搭配水果跟薏仁綠豆湯，豆漿，吃的很飽，因為行李比較重，屋主還安排比較低的樓層很感謝”
