“住宿事先告知開車，可以預留停車位。 有電梯，公用飲水機，一樓有共用小沙發可以等待，桌子上放自取的免洗筷、吸管和當天要領取的乾淨浴巾。 離羅東夜市很近，就算帶大班生也可以15分內走到。 房間安排在電梯斜前方，門口有冰箱、飲水機、對面房間是打掃用品存放區。 除了上午打掃和有人退房，大部分時間隔音好。 到隔壁吃早餐有打折。附近有24小時中式早餐，豆花店，麵包店，自助洗衣店。”
