“地點在赤崁樓旁，很幸運停到了路邊停車格，還有補貼80元的停車費很貼心！我們住二樓，房間比三樓格局大一些，接待員很親切，櫃檯還有提供餅乾飲料，對於和小朋友親子旅遊的我們很開心～雖然房間就在馬路旁會有車潮聲音，但還能睡著！以房價來說，整體上是滿意的！”

“老房子細心維持整潔乾淨就可以讓人感受住老房的好心情，尤其大熱天磨石子地板看起來也涼快些。 住宿在路邊難免會聽到外面車聲，還好我是個好睡的人一覺到天亮，女兒睡眠品質不好，隔天聽她說整夜都聽到車子聲音。 櫃檯也有準備鋁箔包的飲料和小餅乾提供住宿旅人隨時取用，也算是台南人好客方式吧。 民宿沒有提供早餐，如果喜歡尋找台南美食的旅人附近有赤崁樓、國華街、水仙宮等等可覓食。至於我，吃素就算啦。”

“因臨時訂宿，到要去辦入住前先行連絡，業主也回覆櫃台人員不久後將要下班，到路口時沒發現巷內有路邊停車格，就暫停成功路邊，讓家人前往辦理，業主和櫃臺也盡速協助！櫃臺前有飲水機，而臺上有擺放零食、鋁箔包飲料、美食指南與耳塞，可自行取用！”
