“房間乾淨整潔，該有的也都有，一樓有飲水機可以使用，房間內有全身鏡、沙發，東西都很足夠，水壓吹風機也都夠強，隔音上也非常好，窗戶是雙層的，可以抵擋馬路上的噪音。然後老闆很熱情，也很會介紹附近的美食跟景點，重點是介紹的東西都很好吃，是在地的台東人，也很關心客人，可能要北上往花蓮就會特別提醒要注意安全，非常棒。而且平日沒住滿，老闆還主動幫我們升級房型，非常感謝。”

“位置在藍蜻蜓附近，雖然在大路上但房間裝有兩層氣密窗，對室外的隔音非常好，騎摩托車還可以停放騎樓，隔壁就是洗衣店。 老闆很客氣也很積極的介紹口袋名單，臨時有借放行李的需求也都願意提供，感謝老闆。浴室水溫很不錯，水量也很足夠，排水沒有積水！ 硬要提個問題也就沒有電梯吧，旅客自行考量”
