“有很大的獨立衛浴，浴缸對於行動不便的家人洗澡更加方便，兩張雙人彈簧床不會太軟而且很大還算不錯，有冰箱可以存放，也有烤箱微波爐跟飲水機，還有車位（不多大概三個，但在九份來說算很多了），離九份也不算太遠，整體的乾淨度很好，三樓的風景也很美，工作人員也很有耐心（有行動不便的家人，下樓梯比較慢，但工作人員很有耐心的等待）有問題也都會馬上回答，合作的早午餐店很近又好吃（雖然有點貴）。”
