“1.位置還行，走大約5~10分鐘就可以到達中山路街上跟湯圍溝公園，路口轉角有一間豆花店，另需要便利商店買東西的旅客要可以先買好 2.溫泉水量很大，放水很快就可以泡了，冷氣也很強，無線網路使用上沒有問題 3.高樓層有一個小孩可以玩得平台，有兩個盪鞦韆可以使用，中樓層也有露臺休憩 4.有附停車位也有充電樁，停車格比較小，開大車的需要注意一下 5.離礁溪國小很近，學校裡面有許多小小孩可以玩的器材，適合放電，離蔥油餅也很近，但還是要提早去排隊 6.老闆跟過往的評價如一，非常熱情，如果對礁...”

“因為是臨時增加的行程，原本只打算隨便找個地方睡一晚，結果入住體驗超乎預期的優，老闆人超級好，很熱情，介紹我們不少地點玩，民宿位置安靜但離鬧區也不遠，因為行李多回程原本打算叫計程車，老闆卻很好心的送我們到車站，超級感謝！”

“地點安靜，去7-11很近，市中心走路散步10分鐘，出去就有柯式蔥油餅，義珍香饅頭可以買，雖然是民宿，但有電梯，浴缸很大，陽台很大。民宿主人很親切。”
