“這次入住樓中樓房型，房間乾凈，明亮通風，床和枕頭都很舒服，很好睡。服務人員親切熱心，提醒天然的溫泉水很燙，要先放涼些再泡。近湯圍溝，鬧中取靜。頂樓備有飲水機，還可欣賞超美夜景。”

“乾淨整潔的房間，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭高度很好睡，房間裡附有大浴缸可以泡溫泉。冷氣很強，八月的夏季在外面玩一天，回到房間馬上覺得非常涼爽！走路就可以到湯圍溝溫泉公園，晚上吃完飯可以過來走走逛逛。”

“床很舒適，房間乾淨，出水量也很足，房間內有許多清潔用品以及提供室內拖鞋，而且搭火車提早到店家也是親切的帶我們上去！ 雖然蠻意外的他是一間大樓，所以樓下會有保全那些，還以為自己走錯地方😂 離火車站有點距離，腿短的我走路要10分鐘”

“民宿位於山那邊社區，只要去礁溪溫泉住宿幾乎都以這裡為優先考量，住宿地點離湯圍溝公園很近，附近很多吃的與伴手禮店，房間裏的湯池很大，水壓也很足，謝謝業者給予協助安排在樓中樓下層有床舖，讓年長的媽媽不需爬上爬下”
