“整體而言住宿觀感不錯 但大廳一進門有個奇怪的臭味? 還好房間沒有,然後房間算是舒適乾淨整齊 床很好睡,燈光真的比較灰暗 但如果沒有要來念書,我覺得沒有影響太多~”

“1.整體房間不小，而且有很大的窗戶可以坐著欣賞碧潭的風景，夜景也很美。 2.房間除了礦泉水之外，冰箱還有附果汁喝，一樓也有飲水機能裝水。 3.飯店樓下有全家跟7-11,也有藥局，雖然要經過吊橋往捷運站的方向過去比較多吃的，需走路大概十幾分鐘，但還算不錯。 4.住五樓隔音不差，不會覺得外面很吵。 5.浴室乾濕分離，是免治馬桶。 6.有停車場可以免費停車。 7.櫃檯服務還算親切。”

“1. 我們近午夜才辦理入住，但櫃臺女士仍溫和親切、笑臉迎人，跟她聊天非常愉快。我們住四天三夜，所以之後又遇見櫃臺的一位男士和一位女士。他們也是精神抖擻，笑臉迎人，我們不知道如何走去早餐店及碧潭，他/她們都非常親切地告訴我們。就連小孩亂跑，我找不到他時，櫃臺女士主動說剛有看到他，且再看到他時，會打到我們房間。後來真的打來，小孩也找到了，真是滿心感謝這位女士的幫忙。他們的幫忙，是我們住的溫暖、開心的主要原因。 2. 706...”

“我們是訂湖景四人房，一大床兩小床，湖景白天算清幽，晚上夜景很美，最讓人意外的是，分成主臥跟次臥，主臥有大浴缸，衛浴乾濕分離，免治馬桶，次臥是單人床兩床，還有一間小廁所，超級貼心的！因為是跟家庭出遊，媽媽怕吵可以睡裡面的主臥，年輕人晚睡可以睡外面的次臥，房內還有小吧台，就算不想出門，買回來吃，也有地方可以舒服的吃飯，搭配外面的夜景，真的超享受，冷氣主臥次臥跟玄關都可以各自調整風速跟溫度，睡眠品質超級好！”

“位置非常好，房間直接面對整這碧潭，一大早起床看著湖景心情極為舒暢，房間非常大，旅行一整天後可以舒舒服服地待在房間內休息，浴室還有蒸氣設備，可以打開給自己好好放鬆一下。飯店的樓下200米處就是碧潭的小商圈，吃個早餐家很方便，飯店附有停車場，整個入住過程都很流暢，下次還會再來。”
