“一出門過馬路就到火車站，對外交通沒有問題。 樓下隔壁就有機車、電動車或自行車專門租借站，有合作可以提供房客較為優惠的租金價格， 若要散步，附近大坡池算是步行可及距離，鄰近的還有悟饕的展售中心，以及農會的驛站，有各種池上物產可以買到。 附近也有相當多的美食店家，都大致在步行十分鐘可及的範圍內找到。”
