WE HAVE A 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY DURING ALL FESTIVAL EVENTS INCLUDING: FANTASY FEST. NEW YEARS. KEY WEST PRIDE.MEMORIAL DAY, AND LABOR DAY WEEKENDS. NO REFUNDS, OR CREDITS WILL GIVEN FOR NOT BOOKING THE 5 NIGHT MINIMUM STAY. We have everything the adult gay male needs...right in the middle of the Pink Triangle! Pizza Shop on site, free admissions to shows, etc.
