Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. This quiet house at Gainesville, FL has 2 comfy room upstairs available. All rooms and the den on the second floor share a huge go-through balcony for you to enjoy, which is not often seen. The house is at very approachable distance from UF and downtown. There is a bus station (No. 8) by the community. Publix, Walgreens and many restaurants are only few minutes away. Plenty of parking spaces are around the house.
