I love to enjoy making the friends and love to host with the people. I love sports and activitity. I live with my husband Sam and friendly female English Bulldog at this property.

Property information

A newly remodelled house just completed by Feb 2024. Printed the whole interior, kitchen cabinets, upgraded two bathrooms, upgraded all the bathroom countertops, the whole property wood floor ,changed all the ceiling lights both interior and exterior, added split system of heating and AC at each room. So the guests could adjust the temperature themselves. Added new Queen Sealy plush on top mattress. New top oven and new micro oven. THE 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms have a lot to offer. Every bedroom with private bathroom with super comfort new mattress make your sleep sound with ample natural sunlight and singing birds in daytime and city lights view at night. San Gabriel canyon is just behind for cycling, walking and running .The Azusa Green Golf Club with 18 holes is only 5 minutes away. Close to APU and Citrus College. Costco, Target shops, restaurants close by .You will fall in love with this home !

Neighbourhood information

We are at the foot of the hills. Very quite and safe neighbourhood. Fresh air and birds singing . Close to the water and the golf. Feel free to bike and truck at the hills.
