Adorable cozy townhouse! Located in historic downtown, only 2 blocks from City Hall and a few more to UGA Arches, Stadium, Classic Center and all that downtown has to offer. Also across the street from 7 acre Lay Park with playground, public pool, Lyndon House Arts Center & Museum and 1/2 mile to North Oconee River Greenway! Enjoy shopping, dining, live music, festivals, & art galleries. A few blocks from the Georgia Theatre and 40 Watt Club down the street from The Foundry. No Parties allowed.

Avid kayaker with career working for a statewide non profit focused on river health and protection. Dabble in glass art, snorkeling, bicycling, birding, and lead a Salsa dancing group. We respect your privacy and want you to enjoy our townhouse to the fullest extent. We will only be in touch with guests around check-in and check-out times (usually via text). Downtown Athens GA hosts many fine restaurants, bars, shops and music as well as what you normally find in a cool downtown. This townhouse is at the North End and the University of Georgia is at the Southern End...about a 5-10 minute walk. There is the Convention Center bordering the East end and the 40 Watt Club (1/2 mile from townhouse) on the West End. We are very close to every end. Find the Hotel Indigo, walk past the Fire Station and take a right on Hoyt. We are 1.1 miles from Sanford Stadium. Bus stops on many corners, taxi service (one is usually waiting at Hotel Indigo), Uber and Lyft. Walk to any part of downtown and UGA quite easily. You can walk less then a mile to the Multi Modal Center and hop on a Mega Bus and head to the Atlanta Airport if you want.
